The introduction and implementation of a tailored support service is due to our commitment to providing the best possible service where Maximizer and GoldMine products are concerned. A customized support plan will enable you the user to perform reliable and effective work on your CRM system.

What are the benefits of having a Support Package?

Being part of Total CRM's software support package has many benefits for you the customer. The main benefit of a support package for you is that it can be customized to the support level you anticipate you need. Included in the support package is the logging and tracking of customer support calls. Our help desk will actively manage the progress of investigation and problem resolution to an agreed call closure with you the client.

Features of a Support Agreement

Our support plans offer a monthly support allocation that can be used for either telephone/email support or on-site support. To discuss your requirements of a monthly support contract and how it can help you please contact us on 03 9852 9866.

A support agreement enables you to receive ongoing backup for your CRM system at a reduced rate.  All issues are handled either remotely or on-site with next Business day response time. The Support Agreement can be cancelled with one months notice. Hours can be accumulated and used as required.  For instance, if you use more hours per month, the excess usage carries forward to the next month. Likewise, if you use less, any unused time is carried forward. All excess hours must be paid in full prior to cancellation.

  • Telephone Support – minimum 15 minute charge
  • On-Site Support – Minimum 2 hour booking.  $55 callout fee per on-site visit
